Flows between an app in Konnectify are called Konnectors. Each Konnector has triggers, actions, and Look ups. 

A trigger is an event (in an application) that starts your workflow in Konnectify. Triggers are the starting points for automations, allowing you to automate tasks based on specific events or conditions.

For example, receiving a new email in your inbox could be a trigger that sets off a series of automated actions, like saving an attachment to a cloud storage service.

An action is a task performed in Konnectors as a result of a trigger. Actions are the steps that follow a trigger in a workflow, automating processes across your integrated apps. 

For instance, if your trigger is receiving a new email, an action could be extracting the attachment from that email and saving it to a specified folder in your cloud storage.

Follow the following steps:

1. Choose a trigger from one of your connected apps. 
2. Define the action(s) - the action you want as a response to the trigger. 
3. Customize your Konnector - add conditions and more logic 
4. Launch. That’s it. Konnectify will now run these workflows whenever the trigger event occurs. Set it and forget it.
